Can you wash a vinyl diaper bag?
Your diaper bag is supposed to resists spills and little accidents. What should you do if spills don't come off with soap and water?Here are some quick suggestions that we found:
- With a bag marked “Sponge Clean Only” you may be able to toss it in the washing machine on a short cool wash.
- Try a Zote laundry bar.
- Rub in Dawn dish washing liquid on the stain. Next throw the bag in the washer on a gentle cycle with some of old bath towels. Wash it in the warmest water possible, if the material can stand it.
Again, these are some suggestions and not a guarantee - so diaper bag owner use caution. You should always test a small area when possible. Do you have suggestions for removing stains? Please share.
